We’re Sharon & Alex, and in 2024, we made the exciting move from Germany to the USA. After spending 10 months traveling through 26 states in our RV with our three daughters, experiencing an unforgettable adventure, we’ve now settled in the beautiful town of Chelsea, Alabama.

Our mission is to make nutrition and a healthy lifestyle simple, fun, and accessible for everyone.
