Guided workouts

The trainings are always accompanied. Which means your individual questions can be answered and new participants feel welcomed. Personal atmosphere is important to us. We want you to feel welcomed.

No commitments

You can work out with us anytime you have the time. Totally flexible, you don’t have to be there every workout. Everyone is welcome and we are happy about anyone who wants to be active.

Our workouts

45 minute workout with your own body weight. Strengthen the most important muscle groups in your body. We have alternative exercises to allow beginners and the more advanced train together.

Fit Camp with Alex

Sharon will meet with you online to take part in online yoga classes together. Yoga strengthens the deep muscles and therefore provides a very good basis for targeted muscle building, body awareness and posture improvement.
